How do we best explain what Healing Touch for Animals® (HTA) is and/or the science of how energy medicine works?
Explain to your clients that we work in conjunction with veterinary professionals/diagnoses to support the mind, body and spirit during an animal’s healing process.


How do we protect ourselves legally when doing techniques and/or using oils?
Be sure to disclose to your clients that everything you are doing is simply a suggestion and allow the client to decide if they would like to have you use the essential oil on their animal. Let the client know the choice and use of the essential oil comes from your education in the application of the essential oil.


What do you do when an animal is not calm enough or susceptible to technique/work?
Actually make an appointment with the animal –tell them when you’re planning to work with them next. The animal will understand by your words and your thoughtful intention.
