Melinda felt a special bond with animals from an early age. She knew working with animals was her calling but none of the standard animal career paths available appealed to her. It was through her discovery of HTA that this calling was finally realized. She now runs her own animal healing business, Encompasses Healing Arts using HTA and Animal Energy®️ techniques. She is excited to show others the power and benefit of energy healing. She is currently writing a memoir about her Year of Hugs and is a Mom to two teenage boys. Her fur babies, a chihuahua named Tater Tot, and a cat named Saturn happily assist as surrogates during her distance healing sessions. "After exhausting all options to integrate Tater Tot as a peaceful, safe member of our family, I didn't know where else to turn. A friend suggested Healing Touch for Animals®️ so I signed up and brought Tater Tot with me. I walked in with an erratic, fearfully aggressive dog and I left with a furbaby ready and willing to be a loving family member.
