Meet the Team
Laura Nelson has brought her 25 years of Information Technology to her position as the HTA Office Administrator. Working at the HTA office enables her to combine her love of animals and energy healing as she uses her administrative skills to support students on their HTA's Journey.
Elisabeth Dickerson is the Healing Touch for Animals® Course Administrator. She works closely with the HTA Coordinators, making sure they have everything needed for the in-person classes. After the courses are completed, she is responsible for updating the database and sending the students their certificates of completion.
In 1999, Elisabeth became certified in Holistic Health, and has been a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years. She completed HTA through Level 4, in 2019, and started her own HTA practice in the Denver metro area.
She has a well-loved Dachshund named Franz who is 16 years young. He enjoys all the HTA techniques, especially the Chakra Balance.
Cristi Eckert has a passion for animals and people which both reflect in her education background of a B.S. in Animal Science and a M.S. in Management with a minor in Human Resources. Experiences working in big box retail, small town government, and at a corporate ski resort enable her to bring a variety of skills to the Healing Touch for Animals business. She took her first HTA class in 2016 as a way to help her aging pets live their best life and has completed through Advanced Proficiency 2. The training from HTA inspired her to start her own animal energy business in 2019, Natural Pet Wellness, LLC, which she works full time when not assisting at the HTA headquarters. For Cristi, working at the HTA office is motivating and inspirational to stay connected to the energy healing community and to provide the best care for her own animals and clients.
