1Attendees Policy:
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend a Healing Touch for Animals® / Komitor Healing Method, Inc. (HTA/KHM) Workshop. Minors between the ages of 12-18 may attend an HTA Workshop, with HTA approval, if accompanied by a paying adult (both minor and adult must pay for the workshop).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event a participant cannot attend a workshop, please contact the workshop coordinator or HTA Office immediately. Cancellations more than 5 business days before the first day of the workshop will be refunded in full minus a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 5 business days will be refunded in full minus a $100.00 processing fee. Participants may request to transfer their registration to another workshop. All refunds are processed through Healing Touch for Animals® Headquarters within 2 weeks of the cancellation notification.
Prerequisite Classes:

Workshop participants who have taken Healing Touch Program ™ Level 1 are not required to attend the Level 1 Friday night Intro/Review class. However, it is highly recommended that they attend the class as a refresher course. If the participant decides to repeat the HTA Level 1 Friday night Intro/Review class, they may do so at a Repeat Fee Discount. The participants should provide the HTA Workshop Coordinator with a copy of your Healing Touch Program™ Level 1. See the Level 1 schedule and registration page for the repeat fee discount pricing.
- Each student must complete HTA Level 1 before proceeding to Level 2, and so on. The Introduction for each Level is mandatory for participants unless they are repeating the workshop.

The Canine Workshop is a prerequisite to the Equine Workshop for HTA Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The Friday segments of the workshop for Levels 2, 3 and 4 are mandatory for all participants.
- In order to qualify to become an HTA Certified Practitioner, HTA Levels 1-4 Canine and Equine workshops must be completed. See the HTA Certification Requirements.
Early Registration Incentive :
Beginning January 2008, HTA is offering an early registration incentive for participants that register at least 4 weeks prior to a workshop. Registrations received after the 4 weeks will pay full price tuition for the workshop. No exceptions. Click here to view all pricing information.
Repeat Workshop Pricing Policy:
Participants who have previously taken an HTA Workshop and wish to repeat the class may register for the class at the repeat fee discount. See each workshop level's Description page for the Repeat Fee Discount pricing.
Repeating Participants must be able to show their HTA completion certificate to qualify for the Repeat Fee Discount.
Dogs in Class:
Participants are encouraged to bring their well-behaved dog to the workshop providing their state-mandated vaccination requirements are current and they are parasite free. Dogs will be with a group of other dogs and will work with other people during the workshop. The dogs are given frequent breaks to eat, drink and relieve themselves. Each dog attending the workshop will receive Healing Touch for Animals® Treatments by the instructor and/or participants. Participants are asked to contact the workshop coordinator if they plan to bring their own dog.
