Brochures (Personalized) - Product #627-01
Paper size and weight: 8.5" x 11", 100 lb. paper stock
HTA Practitioner brochures have been designed to help you promote your HTA practice. They include a clear explanation of how HTA works and how it benefits animals. This 3 panel, 2 fold, full color, glossy brochure is bound to spark the interest of your readers.
The middle panel on the back of the brochure has been left blank for your personal information. You may replace the text on the middle panel with your own personalized information.
HTA Practitioners may add their own logo and/or picture to the middle panel. If you choose to add your own logo and/or picture, graphics must be submitted digitally in the following formats only:
- JPEG Image (*.jpg,*.jpeg)
- Encapsulated Postscript Vector Graphics File (*.eps)
- Tagged Image Format File (*.tif)
- Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf)
Your logo should be created at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) or 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your graphic file is at a lower resolution than this, the print quality may be affected. Lower resolution may cause your artwork to look fuzzy.
Files larger than 3MB must be compressed using Stuff-It for Macs and Zip for PCs.
If you choose to include your own graphic (a $10 additional fee), please indicate on the Order Form. The HTA Office will contact you to retrieve your graphic file, or you may send it by email after placing your order.
All other text and graphics on the brochure will remain exactly as shown.

Paper size and weight: 3.43” x 1.93” High-quality, vinyl material. Thickness is 0.4 mm.
Having your business card in magnet form gives you a distinct advantage. Mail a magnet to your prospects and customers and encourage them to display it on their refrigerators, file cabinets, etc. All marketing material prices include shipping and handling.*

Ordering Details
Please read the following Ordering Details to ensure you understand the procedure and policies of ordering and using these personalized HTA marketing materials.
Proofs:
- A PDF proof will be emailed to you for your review and approval before your order will be processed.
- Proofs will be supplied by email in Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf)
format and will include a Proof Release Form. All products must
be approved and the Proof Release Form must be signed and returned
to the HTA Office before your order will be processed. Electronic
signatures are accepted when returned via email.
You
will need Acrobat Reader to view PDF files. Get Acrobat Reader. - Please review your proofs carefully. The signing of the Proof Release Form verifies that you have checked the spelling, accuracy, layout and design of your order prior to the final reproduction of your order. If the release is signed, HTA will reproduce your artwork as is, and is not responsible for any errors found after printing.
- Changes to the product proof will incur a $25.00 fee per product change and will be billed separately.
- Colors on your computer or printer may not match the actual printed color because computer monitors and printers are not always calibrated to Pantone PMS colors (what you view in electronic form or print on your printer may not match the actual colors used). Therefore, a hard copy proof can be mailed to you for an additional fee of $35.00 per proof. Please indicate on the Order Form and add the cost to the order if you prefer to have a hard copy mailed to you.
Healing Touch for Animals® Regulations:
- The words “Healing Touch for Animals” must always have a registered trademark (®) after it, i.e., Healing Touch for Animals®.
- Only those who have successfully completed HTA Certification may use “Healing Touch For Animals® Certified Practitioner” and/or the initials “HTACP”. Certified status will be verified before processing your order.
- All materials included in the brochure are the sole property of HTA and cannot be used for other purposes without the express permission of HTA.
- Healing Touch for Animals® marketing materials are not available to those who have not attended a HTA workshop.
- Product prices are subject to change.
Artwork Additions:
- If you choose to add your own logo and/or picture, graphics must
be submitted digitally in the following formats only:

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and handling is included in the price of all marketing materials. Please allow 14 days after you review and approve the product proof to receive your completed order by mail.
